- Name, email address, personal identification, address, contact information, mobile phone number, and other optional items

Period for Personal Information Use and Storage
- Collected personal information will be disposed of once the purposes/goals are achieved.
- However, the information could be kept for 3 months after the purposes/goals are achieved for the purpose of better clients consultation/service/communication, and in case that the information needs to be kept because of the Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Law, it will be kept longer
